The Founders: Pak Komang and Pak Putu
Pak Komang, a man of unwavering determination, and Pak Putu, whose spirit radiated warmth, were not just builders; they were visionaries. Each had a familial legacy intertwined with the land—Pak Putu was the proud father of Megi, and Pak Putu the devoted father of Pasak together, they embarked on an adventure to create a sanctuary from the ground up.
Their vision was clear: to forge a space that embraced the natural beauty surrounding it, a place where people could retreat from the hustle of daily life. With every brick laid and beam installed, they poured not just their skills but their love into the property. A New Chapter: Robert and Sue
In 2023 Robert and Sue guided by their late son Ryan 'Ganesh' Harrison (27/11/1990 - 30/03/2013) guided them to this beautiful special place on the 10th anniversary of his passing and new chapter began. Healing them and fulfilling their lives Robert and Sue decided to became the custodians of this beloved retreat. Recognising the rich history that enveloped the property, they approached their renovations with a deep respect for its roots.
Their journey was not just about modernising; it was about enhancing the beauty that had always existed. They preserved the natural elements that made the retreat unique, ensuring that it remained a sanctuary for all who visited. With careful consideration, they infused the space with contemporary touches, creating an atmosphere that was both inviting and serene.
With the arrival of Megie a new chapter unfolded. He embraced the legacy of hard work established by Pak and Putu Komang transforming the property into the retreat it is today. Megie not only enhanced the physical space but also brought in a dedicated team, drawing from the talents of builders, caretakers, and workers who had once labored alongside the original founders. Robert and Sue, driven by their own experiences and the profound connections they've made, have taken on the responsibility of guiding this new family.
